Registration Steps

If you are wishing to register in our program, we will need the following steps completed:

1. Registration form: CLICK HERE

IMPORTANT: on the registration form, please ensure you add two emergency contacts that are not the parents/guardians.

2. Registration fee - $100 (per child) - this is charged annually.

3. FULL DAY and SCHOOL AGE families that are registering for future upcoming spots (2 or more months in the future) are required to pay a $150 commitment fee. This holds the spot for your child and will go toward your first month of fees. This fee is refundable, less a 15% service charge if notice to cancel is given 60 or more days prior to your start date.

HALF DAY families will pay for the full last month fee in advance. This will be applied to your last month assuming it is June or you give 30 days notice from start of month if sooner.

4. If your child is starting within the next month or two, please complete a family needs/child info sheet for EACH child HERE. If they are not starting for some time, please defer this step to a time that is closer to starting, as things will change from the time you filled this in.

5. Please sign the parent contract, which can be accessed HERE.

IMPORTANT INFO:

Once the registration fee and other fees (if applicable) have been paid, a spot will be held for you. We cannot hold a spot until this is complete.

Registration and activity fees are non refundable (activity fees are charged monthly when you start).

Monthly and annual receipts will be delivered via the email(s) you provided at the time of registration.

Monthly fees are taken out of your bank account automatically on the last business day of each month for the month ahead (fees are withdrawn end of Aug for Sept). We collect your banking info in the parent contract.
