FLIGHT - Alberta's Early Learning Curriculum Framework

Mindful Moments has been on a learning journey with a Pedagogical Partner so that the entire team can gain a stronger understanding of, and implement FLIGHT into the work we do with children and families. While much of our work already aligns with this framework, there is always more we can learn and things we can fine tune to better meet the needs of those that are part of our community. Many of our teachers are also taking (or have already taken) outside course work that is helping them gain a better understanding of FLIGHT as well. We are always learning and growing as a team, as it aids us in keeping up with evolving best practices in the field.

Continued professional development is an expectation of all teachers and administrators who are part of our program, as it keeps us reflecting on how we can create the best environment and workplace that we possibly can.
